TERMS
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are payable in full. First appointments are only confirmed if the full session fee has been received by BACS within 24 hours of booking. Subsequent sessions are payable by BACS 48 hours before the date and time of the session.
HEALTH INSURANCE
In addition to self-funding individuals, it may be possible to use your private health insurance to cover the full cost or part of the cost of your appointments. The majority of our clinicians are registered providers of psychological therapy with for most of the leading health insurance companies including Aetna, Allianz, April UK, AXA, Aviva, Bupa, Bupa International, Cigna, Exeter Family Friendly, Healix, PruHealth / Vitality Health, Simplyhealth and WPA. If your provider is not listed, please contact us.
If you are registered with a private healthcare insurer and wish to have part or all of the fees paid for by the insurer, a referral from your GP (or with some companies, from a Psychiatrist) may be required by the provider in order to cover your fees. Please contact your healthcare provider to clarify these details.
ONLINE GROUP THERAPY
