Dr Helena Tucker

Clinical Psychologist

I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). I have over 14 years of experience working in the NHS, private sector and independent practice with adults, adolescents and children.

I offer a compassionate and supportive space to work towards goals of effectively handling difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences. I support clients to gain deeper insight of what is most important and meaningful to them, which in turn provides a direction and motivation to make significant changes, fostering personal growth and well-being, and creating a rich and vital life. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is collaborative and non-judgmental and draw on a number of evidence-based models to best suit the needs of each client.

I work internationally and alongside my independent practice, I am a Psycho-Social Expert for the International Criminal Court working with adults and children with a history of significant trauma.
