My Experience

I offer my psychological services to anyone who struggles through their life and are not sure of what is the solution. For many years I have been working with various cases of depression and anxiety disorders, self-esteem and family/relationship issues.

When working with clients I tend to be quite practical in my approach, often taking the work I do outside of the therapy room where we can make changes using the behavioural experiments.
