Samantha Harris

Clinical Psychologist

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. I work primarily with adults, offering talking therapy to help make sense of, and explore new ways to manage psychological difficulties.

I use an integrative approach tailored to your individual needs. I draw on a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, including CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Analytic therapy (CAT), Narrative Therapy (NT) and Systemic Theory to provide a holistic approach to therapy.

I strive to provide a warm, genuine, non-judgemental, and safe space to explore your difficulties, consider alternative perspectives and make meaningful change. I believe in the value of making sense of our current circumstances in the context of our life experiences and hope to enable clients to explore their personal resources and build on their existing resilience and self-knowledge.
