Susan Kaur Uppal
I am a qualified and BACP registered Psychotherapist/Counsellor. Having worked within the NHS, for many years as a mental health practitioner. I also have experience working with children and adults with ASD and ADHD.
I am committed to providing a counselling service that is open to people from all walks of life regardless of age, colour, religion, culture, sexuality and gender.
Anxiety, fear, guilt, low mood, sadness and hostility are just some of the feelings you may be experiencing. If your mind is troubled and you’re struggling with emotional upset, I can help and support you to work through what’s happening in your life right now.
My Experience
My passion for helping others is the reason I became a counsellor. The therapies I use range from person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
In our sessions my aim is to build trust and motivate you to see yourself moving forward, seeing and making choices that work for you and living a more fulfilled life.
In our initial assessment session, we will talk about the difficulties, issues or concerns you are currently experiencing and together we will create a therapeutic plan to suit your needs.
If you would like to make an appointment, feel free to send me a message.
